But when I called, they said he wasn’t there!” The second woman shakes her head and adds, “Same here! My husband said he was heading to his brother’s house, but when I called, he wasn’t there either.” The third woman smiles confidently and says, “I always know exactly where my husband is.” The other two women look at her, in disbelief and exclaim, “That’s impossible! He must have you completely fooled!” The third woman chuckles and replies,
“Oh, not at all. I’m a widow.”
