Chocolate Walnut Fudge (5-Minute Prep)
Ingredients:
400 g (about 14 oz) chocolate (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
1 can (about 14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts (or hazelnuts, almonds, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave (heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth).
2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
3. Add the vanilla extract and chopped walnuts, then mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a square pan (about 8×8 inches) lined with parchment paper.
5. Smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
Tip:
For an extra glossy finish, melt an additional 150 g (5 oz) of chocolate and spread it over the top before refrigerating.
Cut into small squares and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
