In a somewhat rare public appearance for the both of them, former First Lady Melania Trump and Barron Trump, the 18-year-old son of former President and likely 2024 GOP candidate Donald Trump, were caught on tape walking through Mar-a-Lago, headed to Easter brunch in the opulent home and club. Barron’s towering height and Melania’s radiant beauty captured the attention of the internet.

The video of the two shows the 6-foot, 7-inch tall Barron towering over his mother, who at nearly six feet tall is far from short himself. The two were dressed in their Sunday best and were headed through the estate to meet the rest of the family for the Easter festivities. That was presumably the same brunch at which the former president was photographed alongside his grandkids, with the internet noting his apparent weight loss.

Comments about Barron and Melania particularly came in response to a post on X (formerly Twitter) from the New York Post in which that outlet included pictures of the two walking through Mar-al-Lago in their Sunday best and said, “6-foot-7 Barron Trump towers over mom Melania in rare appearance with The Donald.”

Replying to that post, people said things like “Wow. Mrs. Trump is gorgeous” and “He’s throwin that thumbs up like a seasoned vet.” Others added that Barron looks just like his dad, saying, “He looks like his dad when DJT was younger” and “Holy shit, dead on Trump replica. Wow.” Still another joked that Barron would become America’s “Caesar,” jokingly saying, “He will make a great Caesar. Who will his Queen be? Either way, long may he reign.”

Joining in on the fun, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy wrote, “Barron Trump out here just being a sharp dressed 6’7 monster.” Replying to him, people said things like, “Hunter Biden could never” and “He is a handsome young man. Wish the media would leave kids alone.”

Still others replied to Portnoy’s post by noting how great Melania and Barron looked. One wrote, “Melania is so graceful and gorgeous!” Another said, “I love well dressed guys… they look so much more handsome!
Just think, men today would feel like a million bucks if they stepped out everyday dressed snappy. Weekends are free time, dress the occasion.”

Though Melania is rarely out on the campaign, Trump has told Laura Ingraham that she will start being out and campaigning more. He said, “You know, a lot of first ladies would go out — they want to be everywhere. They get angry at their husband because he’s not introducing them.” He continued, “If I didn’t introduce Melania, she’d be very happy about it. She’s just a different kind of a person.”

Further, speaking about Melania’s care in raising Barron Trump and how she balances that with her love of country and near-constant charity work, he said, “Her life revolves around that boy. It’s so important to her.” He added, “At the same time, it also revolves around our country and the success of our country. She’s raised a lot of money for charity. She’s a private person.”
