WATCH: Italian TV Runs Hilarious Ad Wrecking Biden

The Italian equivalent of Saturday Night Live just premiered its eighth season, and that premier included a skit full of jokes at President Biden’s expense, namely his obvious, to many, cognitive and physical decline. The skit shows Biden appearing at his presidential podium, with much hilarity in terms of physical humor as he tries to hold steady and mumble his way through a speech.

As background, the show on which the skit appeared is comedian Maurizio Crozza’s Warner Bros. Discovery skit show, Fratelli di Crozza. That name translates to “Crozza’s brothers,” and is full of Crozza impersonating various public figures, particularly Italian political personalities like Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the late former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

In this premier skit, however, Crozza took aim at Biden. In a hilarious skit scarily reminiscent of any of Biden’s actual speech attempts. That eerie, funny similarity is particularly due to Crozza’s incredibly on-point physical humor, which includes him stumbling around, swaying at the podium, and looking like a mummy, much like President Biden.
Kicking off the skit, Crozza lurches his way toward the podium, slowly shuffling and stumbling toward it, but then shooting past it, looking quite out of things. He then eventually makes his way back to the podium, which he holds onto for dear life and as he sways forward and backward, left and right, while mumbling his way through a short speech.
In fact, in what was certainly a jibe over Biden mixing up the presidents of Egypt and Mexico, Crozza, after overshooting the podium in his confused state multiple times, Biden keeps misremembering world leaders’ names when he finally makes it to the podium and microphone. As he lurches around, an off-camera voice snaps at him to “stand still.”
At another point, Crozza’s Biden pulls out a briefcase with a red button while mumbling that he forgot his pills. The off camera voice, warning Biden about the briefcase, says, “That’s the briefcase with the atomic codes” and “you’re not alright, this is a big deal.” Pressing the button anyway, Crozza’s Biden says, “Now I’ll call the nurse.”

Watch the funny skit here:

During that same speech, Biden insisted that his memory is fine. Doing so, the aging president snapped, “My memory’s fine. Take a look at what I’ve done since I became president. … How did that happen? I guess I just forgot what was going on,” Biden said, striking a sarcastic tone.”
